Pre-Order Policy

Please Read Before Placing A Pre-Order
At Coasties Collectibles, we're thrilled to be able to offer pre-orders on the latest Pokémon expansions. When placing a pre-order with us, all other item(s) in your cart will be shipped alongside your pre-order item(s). For example, if a item that is on pre-order launches in 10 days, you will have to wait 10 days before receiving all of the items in your cart. If you want the other item(s) in your cart immediately, please place a separate order for the items that are in stocked. We are not able to partially fulfil or partially cancel orders.
Pre-Orders are charged to your preferred payment method when you checkout. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before dispatch, we will be able to cancel your pre-order, however we will charge a 3% fee and will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to you. This covers the fees relating to payment processing that are non-refundable when the initial pre-order transaction was made. However if you made the pre-order with PayPal, this fee will be 4%.By placing a pre-order with us, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms provided.
