Pre-Order Policy

Please Read Before Placing a Pre-Order

At Coasties Collectibles, we're thrilled to be able to offer pre-orders on the latest trading card game expansions and collectibles. When placing a pre-order with us, all other item(s) in your cart will be shipped alongside your pre-order item(s).

Mixed Orders

If an item that is on pre-order launches in 10 days, your entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item is released. If you would like to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Please note — we are not able to partially fulfil orders that contain pre-order items.

Payment

Pre-orders are charged to your preferred payment method at the time of checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your pre-order before dispatch, you may do so and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies.
