Common Questions
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been dispatched. If you've ordered recently and haven't received one, your order may still be being picked and packed. We dispatch same day for orders placed before 8pm every day of the week. If it's been more than 2 working days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Tracking can sometimes take 24 hours to update after dispatch, especially over weekends. If there's been no movement for more than 5 working days, please get in touch and we'll raise an investigation with the carrier.
First check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. Royal Mail and Evri sometimes leave parcels in outbuildings or with a neighbour without a calling card. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 14 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we can update the address — contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once dispatched we're unable to redirect parcels, but some carriers offer this service directly through their tracking portal.
Take photos of the damage and packaging straight away, then contact us with your order number and the photos. We'll get this sorted for you as quickly as possible — damaged orders are always a priority.
