Information Regarding Pre-Orders

We will aim to deliver your pre-order for the day of release of the product that you pre-ordered. However, there are outside circumstances outside of our control that could impact this. For international customers, please expect some time between release date and when you will receive your product, as customs and local couriers can delay when your delivery could arrive. Please refer to your tracking for accurate information.

Returns Information

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
• For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Please Read Before Placing A Pre-Order

At Coasties Collectibles, we're thrilled to offer pre-orders on the latest Pokémon expansions. When placing a pre-order with us, all other item(s) in your cart will be shipped together with your pre-order item(s). For example, if a pre-order item launches in 10 days, you will have to wait 10 days to receive all items in your cart.

If you'd like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them. We are unable to partially fulfill or partially cancel orders.

Pre-orders are charged to your chosen payment method at checkout. If you wish to cancel your pre-order before dispatch, we can cancel it. However, a cancellation fee will apply: 3% of the total amount for credit/debit card payments and 4% for PayPal payments. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.
